人才引领创新，开放赋能发展。10月27日-29日，第三届山东人才创新发展大会暨第十三届“海洽会”举行。海内外知名院士专家齐聚山东济南，共享全球智慧。山东科技大学教授纳赛尔·戈尔萨纳米（Naser Golsanami）在山东已工作、生活十年之久，对山东人才合作与发展环境赞叹不已。

　　Talents lead innovation, Openness Empowers Development. From October 27th to 29th, the 3rd Shandong Talents Innovation and Development Fair and the 13th China Shandong Domestic and Overseas High-end Talents Exchange and Projects Negotiation Fair was held. Renowned academicians and experts from home and abroad gathered in Jinan, Shandong, to share global wisdom. Professor Naser Golsanami from Shandong University of Science and Technology has been living and working in Shandong for 10 years, he expressed his admiration for the talent cooperation and development environment in Shandong.

　　纳赛尔教授进行的研究是关于自然资源的高效开发和生产，尤其是像石油、天然气这样的资源。他提到，山东省是中国自然资源非常丰富的省份之一，无论是地下的石油和天然气资源，还是煤矿和煤炭资源都较为丰富。他们目前的项目和研究工作与山东省十分适配。

　　Professor Naser’s research focuses on the efficient development and production of natural resources, particularly those like oil and natural gas. He mentioned that Shandong Province is one of the provinces in China with very rich natural resources, both in terms of underground oil and natural gas resources and coal and mineral resources. Their current projects and research work are highly compatible with Shandong Province.
