Professor Naser believes that the most important advantage of Shandong Province lies in the collaborative cooperation between the government and talents, which is a very close and effective partnership, whether it involves foreign talents, international talents, or Chinese talents, all of whom have very good cooperation with the government. The good cooperation between government departments responsible for talent projects and the talents working in Shandong has greatly improved the efficiency of talent cultivation. Secondly, he believes that Shandong Province has increasingly more opportunities. Year after year, more projects, support, platforms, policies, and even relevant laws are being formulated for talent cultivation. 　　谈到参加此次大会的收获和期待，纳赛尔教授表示，此次大会是一个非常盛大的活动。院士专家们聚集在一起，对于推动跨学科合作和跨学科研究或科学工作有着非常重要的影响。二是山东省已经建立了许多的平台，许多的项目，即便他已经在山东生活了10年，参与了不同的人才项目，今天的会议之后，他仍然感到自己了解、学习的还不够多。他非常期待对当前政策、当前平台、当前机会有更加深入的了解。
