The 2026 revised "Double 30 Talent Policies" offer more youth-oriented incentives and roll out inclusive benefits for PhD and master's talents working in specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative SMEs. For graduates within five years of graduation, housing subsidies have been increased to 250,000 yuan ($36,917) for PhD holders and 150,000 yuan for master's graduates. Graduates with 5 to 10 years post-graduation experience are also eligible for special supplementary subsidies.
