As the 10th station of the 24 Solar Terms, the Summer Solstice arrives gracefully, declaring the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere and the official start of midsummer in Wendeng. In the Kunyu Mountains, the chirping of insects and birds composes a melody through the forests. Wandering among them, one is embraced by the coolness of nature. In the Jinhua River Wetland Park of Nanhai New Area, daylilies are in full bloom, vying for radiance with the sunlight. As the breeze brushes by, they sway gracefully, full of charm.

Wendeng residents launch their exclusive summer rituals. At dusk, they head to the beach, accompanied by family and friends, to go beachcombing. Harvesting crabs and razor clams, they feel the generosity of the sea.

The Summer Solstice in Wendeng coincides with the busy farming season, where golden waves roll in the wheat fields. The golden wheat ears hang low, and amid the rumbling sounds, farmers skillfully drive harvesters through the surging wheat. Plump, golden grains pour out from the harvester's grain outlet like a golden waterfall, presenting a bustling harvest scene in the fields.
