海岱迎盛事，上合启新篇。7月18日上午，由山东省人民政府主办，山东省商务厅与青岛市人民政府共同承办的中国—上海合作组织地方经贸合作大会在青岛·上合之珠国际博览中心开幕。此次大会以“共谋区域合作 携手创新发展”为主题，邀请近300位中外嘉宾参会，共话上合机遇，共商合作大计，进一步搭建起山东与上合组织国家地方经贸合作交流的重要平台，为促进经济全球化、构建开放型的世界经济注入更加强劲的“上合力量”。

　　The Bohai Sea-Mount Tai region welcomes a grand occasion, as the SCO embarks on a new chapter. On the morning of July 18, the China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Conference was inaugurated at the Qingdao · SCODA Pearl International Expo Center. The event was hosted by the People's Government of Shandong Province and co-organized by the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province and the Qingdao Municipal People's Government. Themed “Planning regional cooperation together and promoting innovative development hand in hand“, the Conference has invited nearly 300 Chinese and foreign guests to discuss SCO opportunities and jointly chart the course for cooperation. It has further established an important platform for economic and trade exchanges between Shandong and SCO member states, injecting stronger “SCO strength“ into promoting economic globalization and building an open economy.
