On March 1st, the Shandong Boda Poultry Industry Double Billion Feather Incubation Center was put into operation and the unveiling ceremony of the Qingdao Xingyi Electronic Equipment “Smart Incubation Engineering Research Cooperation Base“ was held in Hubin Town, Boxing County, with 66000 eggs sorted per hour, 600000 eggs hatched in a single day, 200 million chicken seedlings produced annually, and 500000 seedlings received in a single batch. This also marks the establishment of the largest factory in Asia with single incubation capacity in Binzhou Boxing.

　　It is reported that the Boda Poultry Industry Double Billion Feather Incubation Center was fully funded by Shandong Boda Group with 200 million yuan and is located in Hubin Town, Boxing County. It covers an area of more than 50 acres and has an incubation workshop of over 20000 square meters. This project mainly constructs a smart incubation equipment IoT fully automated workshop, which is developed and designed by the 41st Institute of the China Electronics Technology Group Corporation.

　　It is reported that the project has the largest single incubation capacity in Asia. The front-end of the incubation equipment adopts the most advanced one-to-three egg sorting equipment in China, which can sort 66000 eggs per hour and automatically unpack and sort egg grades. The incubator uses 89 large boxes, incubating 600000 chickens in a single day, producing 200 million chicks annually, and receiving 500000 chicks in a single batch.
