The production equipment has been upgraded from traditional incubation to automatic intelligent incubation, and the high degree of automation has reduced the number of workers by 80%. The project also adopts air energy units for precise temperature control, and water source heat pump units for excess energy recovery, saving more than 50% of energy compared to traditional electric heating methods, achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and being greener and more environmentally friendly than traditional projects.

　　In terms of work environment construction, the incubation center has implemented egg and seedling zoning, clean and dirty zoning, equipped with dual sets of bathrooms, restaurants, offices, laundry rooms, etc., greatly improved the working environment for workers. Abandoning the traditional formaldehyde disinfection process, adopting a low-concentration glutaraldehyde mixed with low-concentration benzalkonium bromide for high-temperature decomposition and atomization disinfection, achieving “zero odor“ and “healthiest“.
