The Smart Dragon-3 Y-12 carrier rocket, assembled and dispatched by Oriental Spaceport, was carried by the launch ship Oriental Spaceport. It ignited and lifted-off in waters near Haiyang, Shandong Province, sending the two Oriental Smart-Eye Hyperspectral Satellites 01 and 02 into their pre-set orbits.
