Recently, the opening ceremony of the 2026 Autumn International Chinese Language Program of Continuing Education at China University of Petroleum was held in the multi-purpose hall of the university’s Training Building.

More than 100 new students from over 40 countries and regions gathered in Qingdao to embark on a one-year Chinese language learning journey.

Different languages intermingled among the seats, and different outfits shimmered under the lights, making it feel like a small-scale global cultural gathering.
