2024年10月，国际摄影艺术联合会中国（济南）办事处在济南揭牌成立，这是国际摄影艺术联合会在全球设立的唯一一个办事处，为促进中国摄影与国际接轨，推动中国摄影走向世界，加强中国摄影的国际交流与合作发挥积极作用。作为联合国教科文组织下属的权威机构，FIAP中国办事处自成立以来，始终探索民间影像外交的新路径，这种“以镜为媒“的民间交流也正在形成规模效应。曾毅教授表示，国外的摄影师到中国拍摄，或者中国的摄影师到国外去举办展览进行交流活动都是一种互相沟通和传播的方式，摄影师们实地感受后创作的作品在其母国媒体或社交网络良性传播，这种“他者视角”往往能打破固有认知框架。

　　黄河与尼罗河的文明对话以镜头为纽带，搭建起一座跨越地理与文化的中非民心相通之桥。在构建人类命运共同体的征程中，这种以影像为载体的文明互鉴，正书写着跨文化传播的崭新范本。

　　On March 20th, the 2025 International Forum on Industry–Education–Research Integrated Development was held in Jinan. At the parallel event,the stunning “Civilization Dialogue Between the Yellow River and the Nile“ photography exhibition, the ripples of China's Yellow River are dancing with the waves of Africa's Nile through these captivating images. Although these two mother rivers have never met physically, today they're waltzing across time and space through the lens magic of Chinese and African photographers.
