Shandong Jingbo Petrochemical Green Chemical Pilot Platform: Breakthrough the pain point of chemical transformation

  This platform focuses on the transformation and implementation of technological achievements in the fields of high-end chemicals and high-performance materials, integrating industry resources in a "chain collaboration" mode. Through the asset sharing digital system, the platform has revitalized existing equipment worth over 410 million yuan and modularized the construction of seven pilot lines for polyolefin elastomers (POE), alpha olefins, biobased rubber, trans polybutadiene rubber, polybutylene alloys, carbonylation synthesis, and fluidized bed catalysis. The platform also actively promotes digital transformation and green and low-carbon development, and promotes the implementation of the AI4S (Artificial Intelligence Driven Science) pilot new paradigm. Focusing on the three core directions of "AI intelligent test+process digital twin+industrial Internet intelligent control", the platform has built 21 AI pilot scenarios, covering catalyst research and development, material property prediction, process optimization, equipment simulation and other fields, and has undertaken six provincial "artificial intelligence+" projects.

  The talent system is the core support of the platform. Relying on the "Jingbo N1N" industry education integration model, the platform has established a composite engineering team covering "understanding products, manufacturing, testing, equipment, and safety", gathering more than 400 expert think tanks to build a full chain engineering system covering "small trial pilot industrialization", making the path of scientific research achievements from laboratory to pilot and then to industrialization smoother.
