The green chemical and new material pilot platform is not only equipped with more than 30 high-end detection instruments and equipment such as nuclear magnetic resonance and scanning electron microscopy, but also has 90 million literature data and 6TB of self-ownedpilot data, as well as joint development of pilot and safety models in the chemical field by Inspur Group. The platform also connects the data link of "experimental parameters pilot data industrialization indicators" through process digital twin, achieving "simulation first, construction later" and shortening the research and development cycle by 30%. The platform has developed 15 industrial Internet pilot scenario APPs to achieve intelligent safety management and control, intelligent risk early warning and emergency response in the pilot process, and the key process numerical control rate and key equipment networking rate of the pilot plant above 100 tons have reached 100%.
