The nine major professional service systems created by the platform cover the entire chain from technological maturity to industrialization. As of now, the platform has successfully incubated 13 "bottleneck" new products such as bio based rubber, aramid nanofibers, polybutylene alloys, and polyketones, driving an additional output value of over 2 billion yuan and cultivating 4 specialized, refined, and new enterprises.
On the pilot line of carbonyl synthesis, a breakthrough is rewriting the industrial landscape. "China's carbonyl synthesis technology has been monopolized by foreign countries for a long time," said Yang Yong, a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Sciences Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Process. Through the verification of a 150 ton/year plant on the platform, the team has successfully developed a series of high carbon isomeric alcohols and high carbon isomeric acids, with key indicators reaching the international advanced level.
