3月27日，宁津县出访团赴日本和新加坡开启产业合作与文化交流之旅。

　　On March 27, a delegation from Ningjin County embarked on a journey to Japan and Singapore to foster industrial collaboration and cultural exchange.

　　代表团首先抵达日本，对当地企业进行了深入走访，并举办了合作研讨会。与此同时，出访团向日本同行赠送了省级非物质文化遗产宁津剪纸，并向他们详细介绍了剪纸图案内包括的中国文化的内涵，像“十二生肖”“京剧脸谱”等图案，通过传统艺术传递合作诚意。

　　The delegation first arrived in Japan, where they conducted in-depth visits to local enterprises and held cooperative seminars. During the meetings, the delegation presented Japanese counterparts with Ningjin paper-cutting, aProvincial-level Intangible Cultural Heritage, and elaborated on the cultural significance of its motifs, such as theChinese ZodiacandPeking Opera masks, conveying their sincerity for collaboration through this traditional art form.

　　结束日本的行程后，代表团转赴新加坡。代表团精心组织了一场德州文化主题展览，展出了德州黑陶和宁津剪纸等非物质文化遗产。宁津健身器材企业代表美能达健身器材股份有限公司与当地企业围绕产业合作与文化展开深入交流，推介宁津健身器材、剪纸、蟋蟀、美食等体育文化和地域文化，让当地企业更好地了解宁津的传统文化和在体育用品领域的产业优势。
