Since its inaugural forum in 2010 explored “Harmony in Diversity and a Harmonious World,”the Nishan Forum has celebrated fifteen illustrious years. From an initial academic dialogue of just over 30 participants, it has grown into a grand civilizational gathering attracting 560+ guests from over 70 countries and regions. From pioneering in-depth exchanges between Confucian and Christian civilizations, to landmark achievements like the “Declaration on Human Harmony”and the “Nishan Consensus on Women Worldwide”; from single-theme academic seminars to a multifaceted cultural feast encompassing Confucian dialogues, traditional Chinese medicine forums, and youth forums.Notably, the forum has pioneered the concept of “common ethics for humanity,”advanced cultural projects such as the Confucian Canon, and witnessed the revival of “Confucian studies”as its global research center returns to the Chinese mainland.
