四、合力推进产业园区互动合作。共同促进上合国家重点产业园区的联通联动，加强信息共享、资源对接，实现双向赋能、优势互补，促进产业升级和集群式发展。深化上合组织国家现有经贸合作园区多领域合作，推动资源和生产要素在境内外园区间双向高效流动，释放产业园区对地方经贸合作的带动效应。

Promote connectivity and synergy among key industrial parks in SCO member states, strengthen information sharing and resource alignment, achieve mutual empowerment and complementary advantages, and facilitate industrial upgrading and cluster development. Deepen multi-field cooperation amongexisting economic and trade cooperation parks fromSCO member states, promote efficient two-way flow of resources and production factors between domestic and overseas parks, and leverage the role of industrial parks in promotinglocal economic and trade cooperation.
