V. Jointly Build and Share Open Cooperation Platforms. Strengthen the public goods attributes of the China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Zone, enhance the development capacity of institutions such as the China-SCO Institute of Economy and Trade, Qingdao International Energy Exchange, Shandong-Hong Kong Science and Technology Cooperation and Innovation Center, SCO Economic and Trade Comprehensive Service Platform, and the “Silk Road E-commerce“ Comprehensive Service Base, and strengthen their application and promotion to connect resources and expand scenarios for local economic and trade cooperation among SCO member states.
