I. Jointly Build International Logistics Corridors. Actively participate in the construction of international logistics corridors among SCO member states. Leverage Qingdao’s role in the “Belt and Road“, particularly in the New Eurasian Land Bridge Economic Corridor and maritime cooperation, to build the SCO International Hub Port and create an “gateway to the Asia-Pacific market“ for SCO member states. Strengthen connectivity among hub cities within SCO regions, actively develop combined sea-rail-road transport services among SCO member states, and establish an integrated international logistics network encompassing land, sea, air, and rail.
