　　7月18日上午，中国—上海合作组织地方经贸合作大会在青岛·上合之珠国际博览中心开幕。会上，山东省商务厅党组书记、厅长王磊发布了《中国—上海合作组织地方经贸合作大会青岛倡议》（以下简称“《青岛倡议》”），为上合组织框架下地方间的经贸合作擘画了清晰路径，贡献了坚实的“上合智慧”。

　　In the morning of July 18, the China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Conferenceopened at the Qingdao · SCODA Pearl International Expo Center. At the Conference, Wang Lei, Secretary of the Leading Party Group and Director of the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province, released theQingdao Initiative of the China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Conference(hereinafter referred to as the “Qingdao Initiative“), which outlinesa clear path for local economic and trade cooperation under the SCO framework and contributessolid “SCO wisdom“.
